You hereby expressly agree NOT to access and/or use the Website and its services for any illegal, nefarious, or fraudulent purpose. To the extent any liability results from your failure to adhere to this provision of the Terms of Use, you hereby expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Company Speedystub.com harmless from such liability.

All information contained on the Speedystub website is designed specifically for legal use. Under no circumstances does Speedystub, LLC promote or provide any information, product, or service  to be used in a illegal manner. 

Account Termination
Speedystub.com (Company) reserves the right to decide whether your access and/or use of the website and its services is appropriate and complies with the Terms of Use. Should Company, in its sole discretion, decide that your access and/or use of the Website and its is inappropriate and/or does not comply with the Terms of Use, Speedystub may terminate your access and use of the Website.

Calculations
"You" the User hereby expressly acknowledge that the website Speedystub.com  and Speedy Stub, LLC are not  tax consultants, tax attorneys, or certified public accountants, and should not be not be considered a substitute for the personal guidance provided by a tax professional. While Speedy Stub intends that the calculations generated by the website are accurate, your reliance upon these calculations is done at your own risk. Federal and State tax deductions are updated regularly; but can present inaccuracy due to unforeseen tax laws or changes. "When applicable" Seeking a tax professional for accuracy is advised should you have any inquiries. 

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company(speedystub), its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your accessing the website, it  services, and its products; (ii) your violation of any term of the Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. For the avoidance of doubt, this defense and indemnification obligation will survive the Terms of Use and your access and/or use of the Website.

Statute of Limitations
YOU AND COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

If you believe that your copyrightable work of authorship is being infringed upon by Company, please e-mail the following information to paystubsupport@speedystub.com: (i) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon; (ii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; (iii) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (iv) a statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (v) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Consent to Jurisdiction; Choice of Law
By accessing and using Website, you agree that any case or controversy arising from or related to your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.

Refunds
There are no refunds provided due to the nature of the product and services being rendered.However, store credit may be issued should we fail to deliver any product or service as promised. For any work that is  performed outside of the normal scope of business,an hourly fee is charged of 75.00 per hour, or a 29.95 per document charge whichever is less. Please be advised.
